We are looking for a Field Service Engineer with experience in CNC machinery. The role will involve installing, commissioning and maintaining specialist machinery including 3-axis and 5-axis CNC routers.
This is a field-based position, typically covering your local region, although occasional UK travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation and commissioning of CNC machines
* Servicing, maintenance and breakdown repairs
* Warranty work and preventative maintenance
* Electrical and mechanical fault finding
* Ensuring machines are fully operational and performing to customer requirements
* Maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service
Requirements
* Experienceand versatileworking with CNC machines
* Knowledge of 3-axis or 5-axis machines
* Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
* Ability to work independently in a field-based role
* Customer-focused with a professional approach
* Full UK driving licence
