Your Role
* You are the first point of contact for our customers, friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
* You impress with tailored offers and make every customer interaction a special experience
* You handle rental agreements and customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile
* You assist in refuelling vehicles, supporting efficient branch operations while representing the premium SIXT brand
* You manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches, ensuring timely service
* You support in preparing, cleaning and valeting vehicles to maintain the highest standards for our customers as and when required.
Your Skills
* You love sales and are passionate about service and customer support
* You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism or sales
* You are communicative and articulate in English
* You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays
* You hold a valid driver’s license with at least 12 months of driving experience
