A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Account Handler to join a prominent insurance brokerage to support across a wide range of clients and industries. Working on bespoke commercial insurance solutions with premium levels up to £100,000, you'll play a key role in providing excellent service while helping to develop new business opportunities.
The Role:
* Administer and manage client insurance policies, liaising with insurers to achieve the best results.
* Support senior colleagues, acting as a reliable and trusted contact for clients.
* Deliver excellent client service with clear, professional communication.
* Manage renewals and oversee policy placements.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support business growth.
* Process mid-term adjustments and maintain accurate Acturis records.
* Obtain e-Traded quotes and resolve reporting issues.
About You:
* Strong knowledge of Commercial Insurance products (Property/Business Interruption, Professional Indemnity, Liabilities, Cyber & Crime).
* Highly organised with attention to detail.
* Customer-focused, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
* Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* IT literate, with Acturis experience advantageous.
* Minimum A-Level education (including GCSE English & Maths).
* Cert CII qualified or committed to working towards this.
