The Role in Focus
You’ll work closely with students who may feel disconnected from mainstream education, helping them rebuild both skills and confidence.
* Deliver structured yet adaptable one-to-one sessions
* Support a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
* Create a positive, encouraging learning environment
* Help students develop independence and self-belief
* Work in home or community-based settings
Who We’re Looking For
* Experience with children or young people in education, care, or support roles
* Confident in teaching core subjects at primary or secondary level
* Able to travel within Burgess Hill and surrounding areas
* Patient, proactive, and emotionally aware
* Committed to safeguarding and inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
