Faststream Recruitment is seeking a Risk Manager for a prominent international maritime company. This role focuses on elevating risk management practices for a diverse fleet, ensuring safety and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage the fleet’s risk management strategy.
* Maintain and update the risk register.
* Identify and mitigate risks related to fleet safety, including fire safety and technical failures.
* Lead and coach teams on risk management practices.
Experience Required
* 5+ years in a risk management role, preferably in shipping.
* Knowledge of ISO 31000 standards.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
