Job Purpose
To assist with all research and development trials at Sandbrook Grounds.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Pick and weigh fruit, recording their data
* Plant fruit crop
* Prune plants and help with propagation
* Assist with general plant maintenance
* Assist with the implementation of the breeding programme
* Participate in the individual performance management process, achieving SMART targets and continuous personal development.
* Participate in the development and achievement of the R&D Departmental Vision.
* Undertake any other duty commensurate with the role.

Physical Requirements
A level of physical fitness is also required and it would be beneficial if candidates have prior experience.
