Purchase Ledger Clerk Cookstown Flexible Working Hours & Early Finish on a Friday £30,000 pa Black Fox Solutions are recruiting for a family owned equipment hire company that are looking to bring a Purchase Ledger Clerk on to their team. If you are an experienced accounts professional with an interest in Purchase Ledger, this could be the role for you! Key Responsibilities Process a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and on time. Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to resolve queries and discrepancies. Ensure timely approval and payment of invoices in line with company policies and payment terms. Reconcile supplier statements to maintain accurate records. Manage petty cash across sites in both Sterling and Euros. Support team members during busy periods and assist with departmental reporting. Carry out ad hoc tasks and projects to meet business and reporting deadlines. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a similar purchase ledger or accounts payable role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Flexibility and willingness to assist across functions when needed.
