Marketing Director Role
The CMO will take the lead in developing successful, long-term marketing strategies.
This is an important position for this innovative multi-concept restaurant company. In this role, you will oversee the entire marketing function including traditional campaigns, social media, promotions, partnerships, and increasing foot traffic to all restaurants.
The Role:
1. Formulate business growth strategies and the digital marketing roadmap through ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies. Manage and scale the budget, allocate spending, and optimize channels to achieve growth targets.
2. Define, measure, and report the performance of all paid marketing channels and campaigns, assessing against ROI and KPI goals, including subscriber acquisition and retention.
3. Lead customer segmentation strategies and develop attribution modeling to ensure targeted messaging through appropriate channels at optimal times.
4. Hire and develop the marketing team to focus on acquisition, retention, analytics, remarketing, content, CRM, and cross-departmental support.
5. Maintain data and analytics as a core element of decision-making. Lead marketing analytics, ROI analysis, and define metrics such as CAC and LTV, while executing optimization and A/B testing programs.
6. Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to create innovative solutions that enhance performance media and marketing technology.
Experience:
* Experience in hospitality and F&B industries is required.
* Strategic, with a broad perspective beyond just acquisition and performance marketing.
* Financially literate and commercially savvy, with a strong understanding of business drivers and campaign ROI evaluation.
* Proven track record in comprehensive marketing strategy and implementation, both online and offline.
* Brand-focused and innovative, comfortable working outside traditional comfort zones.
