We are currently seeking dedicated, empathetic, and adaptable tutors to work with pupils in Rushden who are unable to access full-time mainstream education. These young learners may be awaiting a school place, struggling with their current setting, or receiving education through the local authority.

What Does a 1:1 Tutor Role Involve?
1. Planning and delivering tailored lessons based on the pupil's current level and learning needs
2. Building positive, encouraging relationships to help students re-engage with education
3. Following EHCPs or personalised learning plans
4. Completing simple online session reports after each lesson
5. Working flexibly - during the school day or after school, face-to-face or online
6. Supporting students across various settings: mainstream schools, alternative provisions, or their homes

Who We're Looking For:
12. Experience working with children or young people in education, tuition, or support roles
13. A calm, patient, and positive communicator
14. Someone confident delivering learning independently and adapting quickly to individual needs
15. Strong behaviour management skills
16. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
17. Teaching qualification desirable but not essential - experience matters most
