About the Role
As a Betts Casual Consultant, you’ll:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and create an outstanding in-store experience
* Help customers find the perfect fit and style
* Maintain store presentation and assist with visual merchandising
* Work collaboratively with your team to meet sales targets
* Be available for weekend, late-night, and holiday shifts
What We’re Looking For
* A passion for shoes and fashion
* Strong communication and people skills
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred, but not essential)
