Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Supervisor, based in Gloucester, with flexible opportunities for remote work. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and manage a team to execute projects effectively. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and monitoring work schedules, managing resources, and maintaining strong communication with clients and team members. The role also involves regular reporting, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.
