What You'll Be Doing:
Learn the Fundamentals of Finance
- Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
- Process payments and support day-to-day finance administration.
- Help monitor income and expenditure across the business.
- Learn how financial systems and processes operate within a specialist insurance company
Work with Data and Reporting
- Use Microsoft Excel and finance systems to manage and analyse information.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and management information.
- Review data for accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
- Develop strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Support the Finance Team
- Work closely with experienced finance professionals and learn from their expertise.
- Assist with departmental projects and business initiatives.
- Communicate with colleagues across different teams to resolve queries and support business operations.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 A-Levels (or equivalent qualifications).
- Strong academic performance, particularly in Mathematics, Accounting, Economics, or Business Studies, is advantageous.
Experience
- Previous office, administrative, finance, retail, hospitality, customer service, or work experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable working with numerical data and financial information.
