What You'll Be Doing:

Learn the Fundamentals of Finance

• Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
• Process payments and support day-to-day finance administration.
• Help monitor income and expenditure across the business.
• Learn how financial systems and processes operate within a specialist insurance company

Work with Data and Reporting

• Use Microsoft Excel and finance systems to manage and analyse information.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and management information.
• Review data for accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Develop strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Support the Finance Team

• Work closely with experienced finance professionals and learn from their expertise.
• Assist with departmental projects and business initiatives.
• Communicate with colleagues across different teams to resolve queries and support business operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 A-Levels (or equivalent qualifications).

Experience

• Previous office, administrative, finance, retail, hospitality, customer service, or work experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable working with numerical data and financial information.
