Pay and Working Hours
£29,120 per annum, based on experience (40 hours per week).
Monday to Friday – Full Time.

About Our Nursery
The Avenues Montessori Nursery is situated in the charming Cliftonville area of Margate, featuring two well‑equipped rooms and free‑flow access to a garden. Children have ample opportunities to explore at their own pace, with easy access to the town centre and parking available on nearby roads.
Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor the team to deliver high‑quality early years education with passion and energy.
* Support the Nursery Manager to ensure smooth operations and consistent quality.
* Act as a role model, promoting initiative, creativity, and high standards of care.
* Build strong relationships with families, colleagues, and external agencies to support children's best outcomes.
* Oversee the team’s implementation of the EYFS framework, ensuring engaging learning opportunities.
* Take charge of nursery operations in the Nursery Manager’s absence.
* Encourage continuous improvement through feedback and support professional development.
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that meets each child’s needs.
Qualifications
Must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
