1. Purpose:
* To provide professional site engineering services, ensuring the project is executed according to technical specifications, safety standards, and the approved schedule.
2. Work Statement (SOW)
* Report directly to the Project Manager.
* Interpret and review construction drawings, blueprints, schematics, and layouts to provide clear guidance to the site team.
* Supervise site surveying and setting‑out activities to ensure accurate positioning of equipment and structures in accordance with the approved master layout.
* Perform routine inspections of ongoing works to verify compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
* Support the planning and sequencing of construction activities, including the e‑active allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials.
* Coordinate closely with subcontractors to ensure smooth handovers between construction phases, including structural, electrical, and plumbing works.
* Participate actively in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments to promote a safe working environment.
* Identify and report unsafe conditions, ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
* Provide regular reports on construction progress, risks, and technical challenges, and promptly elevate critical issues to management.
* Assist in preparing as‑built drawings, testing and commissioning documentation, punch lists, and project close‑out records.
