We are partnered to support them scale their Product Design function. As a Product designer you will become part of a small but rapidly growing team, driven by a shared mission to make this endeavor a resounding success. As a Product Designer in this business, you will work as the sole Product Designer with a Design focused Head of Product.
To excel in this position, you will need to:
🔊Understand the B2B SaaS environment, and work with users to identify and alleviate friction
in workflows with a complex data focused product.
🔊Be comfortable working with ambiguity. Focusing on rapid delivery and calling upon your Product Sense to make informed decisions and release early to iterate through to the 'final' design.
🔊Have demonstrable experience in data visualisation, clearly displaying data to users in an understandable and delightful format.
🔊Demonstrate your experience shipping multiple Products in a fast-paced environment, gaining knowledge of what works and what doesn't, and continually learning from your experiences.
🔊Display highly professional B2B design in your portfolio, and your ability to continually improve consistency and scalability of a design system.
