Summary of Our Role As the Commercial Data Director, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role in steering our data strategy, driving product innovation, and embedding Point.1 across the business. You’ll guide a talented team of analysts and developers, collaborate closely with senior leadership, and act as a strategic partner to our planning, account, and product teams. Your goal: ensure Point.1 delivers maximum value to our clients and fuels the next generation of data-driven healthcare marketing. What You Can Expect to Be Doing Leading the development and execution of a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with business goals Managing and mentoring a cross-functional team of data analysts and product developers Collaborating with the Product Director to evolve the Point.1 platform, with a focus on AI, synthetic data, and customer experience applications Partnering with agency teams across Havas Lynx and the wider Havas Health Network to deliver actionable insights and support strategic pitches Acting as a key data expert in client meetings—translating needs into tailored, impactful solutions Overseeing commercial performance of the data function, including budgeting, P&L management, and product pricing Driving the successful commercialisation and growth of new data products and services Playing a key role in shaping the future direction of Point.1, as it evolves into a cornerstone offering for our clients and internal teams This Role Could Be a Great Fit for You If You have a strong background in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences data and analytics You’re an inspiring team leader with experience building high-performing analytics teams You’re commercially minded, comfortable managing budgets, and excited about product innovation You thrive in client-facing roles and can distil complex data into strategic narratives You understand the power of data to inform customer experience and media planning You’re energised by the opportunity to build something from the ground up and shape the future of a new, high-potential data product What you can expect from us A supportive and challenging environment in which you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact that matters.
