This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while training towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in a supportive school environment.
The Role
As a Graduate Trainee Teacher, you will:
Train within a secondary school alongside experienced teaching professionals
Develop practical classroom and behaviour management skills
Receive dedicated mentoring and professional development support
Work towards achieving QTS through a recognised SCITT pathway
Support pupils in lessons while gradually building teaching responsibilities
We Are Looking For Graduates Who:
Hold a UK degree (2:2 or above preferred)
Are passionate about education and working with young people
Have strong communication and organisational skills
Are motivated, resilient, and eager to learn
Have experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
