A fantastic Nursery near Southampton are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to oversee the day to day running of the setting, supporting the team, and parents in providing outstanding childcare. Covering a 40 hr working week, salary is c£50k plus loads of great benefits with this expanding provider.

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
