This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, values-driven company known for high standards, industry expertise, and a supportive working culture.Key ResponsibilitiesForklift Duties:Handle incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouseSafely move stock and heavy components around the facilityEnsure loads are properly secured for transportCarry out daily equipment inspections and complete all required paperworkFlag maintenance issues and ensure regular servicing is arrangedCrane Operations:Operate overhead gantry cranes (handling loads up to 50 tonnes)Manage the loading and unloading of large or heavy itemsSelect and configure lifting gear correctly for each jobConduct safety checks of lifting equipment before every useWarehouse & General Site Tasks:Use tools and machinery to assist in production and logisticsPick and package items for dispatch in line with ordersKeep the workspace clean, tidy, and compliant with safety regulationsFollow internal quality and safety procedures (aligned with ISO standards)Accurately complete timesheets and submit weeklyWhat Were Looking ForExperience in warehousing, engineering, or logistics settingsFamiliarity with manual handling techniques and H&S best practicesStrong organisational skills and an eye for detailAble to work both independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001 procedures is beneficialValidB2 Counterbalance FLT licence(essential or highly preferred)Prior experience withoverhead crane operations, ideally up to 50TWorking HoursWe are hiring formultiple full-time roles, with fixed shift options available (no rotating shifts):Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm
