Our recruitment team is supporting a well–established industrial group in the search for an experienced HSE Leader. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving health, safety and environmental standards across multiple UK sites.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of robust HSE strategies across multiple UK sites, ensuring full compliance with UK legislation and ISO standards.
* Foster a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement.
* Oversee audits and inspections, manage incident investigations, and deliver practical improvements that enhance site performance and reduce risk.
* Provide guidance, coaching and strategic direction to local HSE teams to maintain the highest standards across the group.
Qualifications and requirements
* Senior management experience in manufacturing, recycling or heavy industry.
* Strong knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental regulations.
* NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent).
* Excellent leadership and communication skills with a proactive, hands–on approach.
Location and travel
Based in the Nottinghamshire area with regular travel to UK sites in the Leicestershire area.
