Global Account Manager
In Brief
We’re seeking a dynamic Global Account Manager to join our team, managing and growing a portfolio of large, market-leading international private medical insurers (IPMI) and multinational corporate clients. You’ll build trusted relationships, drive value, and deliver consistent, high-quality service that supports client needs while enabling Teladoc’s continued growth in the virtual care sector.
Contract type: Permanent, full-time
Annual salary: £50,000-£55,000
Annual bonus: subject to personal and business targets
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (30 minutes unpaid lunch), 40 hours /w
Work mode: Hybrid of home and Brighton (a minimum of 2 days per week in office)
Role and Responsibilities
1. Manage and grow a portfolio of large international private medical insurers and multinational corporate clients.
2. Working with the key client and Teladoc stakeholders to manage and execute on renewals of all contracts in an organised, timely and commercially driven way.
3. Ensure client SLAs, performance targets and commercial obligations are met.
