Overview
A friendly gentleman who regularly volunteers in the community is looking for reliable support with travel to and from his volunteering activities, as well as assistance with some of his duties while he’s there. The gentleman uses crutches to support him.
Responsibilities
* Provide patient, supportive, and understanding assistance with day-to-day life.
* Travel to and from volunteering activities with the client.
* Assist with duties on-site as needed during visits to volunteering activities.
* Support activities the client enjoys, including going out and social or recreational outings as appropriate (e.g., snooker, water skiing, going to the gym, watching movies).
Details
* Hours: 6 hours per week
* Schedule: Tuesday, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Qualifications (preferred)
* Patient, supportive, and understanding with the ability to assist with day-to-day life
* Comfortable assisting someone who uses crutches
* Reliable and punctual
