We're looking for a Senior Exam Delivery Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £54,000- £57,000 with a hybrid working pattern.
The role holder will lead delivery for session-based exams for the ACA and other ICAEW qualifications, including the planning process, on-the-day coordination, and quality monitoring. The role holder will be responsible for ensuring an efficient and high-quality assessment experience for candidates.
What you will be doing:
* To oversee the global delivery of session-based ICAEW exams and assessments.
* To develop and implement a comprehensive risk-based approach to exam session planning, working closely with other Assessment Delivery teams and exam suppliers.
* To ensure that candidate experience is at the centre of all examination processes.
* Be responsible for the operational planning process for exams; overseeing the exam registration process, working with key exam suppliers, and ensuring sufficient in centre capacity for each exam sitting.
* Monitor exam centres and exam systems both in advance of and during exam sessions
What you will need:
* Exceptional operational management skills
* A proven track record of successfully delivering at scale examination sittings
* A proven track record in delivering assessment process improvement to deliver improved outcomes for candidates
* A demonstrable focus on risk management and candidate experience
* Strong communication and process documentation skills
