We're looking for an experienced Test Manager to join a large-scale finance transformation programme with a major UK council.
This role will lead the testing approach across the programme, working closely with delivery teams, finance stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure testing is coordinated, structured, and aligned with programme milestones.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the overall testing strategy and delivery
* Coordinate testing across multiple teams and workstreams
* Work closely with finance, integration, and programme stakeholders
* Ensure effective planning, execution, and reporting of testing activities
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Test Manager on large transformation programmes
* Experience coordinating testing across multiple teams
* Public sector or finance system programme experience beneficial
