Working for a leading developer a Senior Property Manager.
You will be overseeing managing agents.
MaindutiesasaSeniorPropertyManager:
* Ensuringthatservicesarecarriedoutinaccordancewithleaseagreementsandtherightbudgetisinplaceviaregularsitevisits.
* AttendingAGM,EGM&RMCmeetingaswellasregularclientandlesseeliaison
* Monitoringcollectionofservicechargestofundnecessaryworksandrespondwithinagreedserviceleveltimeframes.
* Prioritiseriskmanagementthroughafulldocumenttrailandupdatingsystemsinaccordancewithchangesinlegislation
* Deliveringahighlevelofcustomersatisfaction
* Mobilise new build schemes
* OverseeingandinspiringAssistantPropertyManagersanddelegatingwherenecessarytomaintainservicelevels
AsaSeniorPropertyManager,youwillhave:
* KnowledgeandexperienceofBlockManagementandtheresidentialpropertymanagementindustry
* IdeallyTPIqualifiedorworkingtowardaprofessionalqualification
* Worked on new build properties
* Anunderstandingofleases,ServiceChargeBudgetingandassociatedlegislation xsngvjr
* Excellentorganisationalskillsandbeastrongcommunicatorwithabilitytobuildandmaintainrelationships
