Job Description

Sue Ross Recruitment are seeking a PA / HR Coordinator to join a technology-driving business. This hybrid role plays a key part in supporting Group Directors and the HR team with a wide range of strategic and operational activities.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Manage inboxes and diaries for up to 9 Directors, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.\n\n * Act as the primary liaison between the Board and both internal and external stakeholders, including private equity investors.\n\n * Provide on-site support for Board meetings, Director meetings, and client visits, including meeting coordination and client hospitality.\n\n * Plan and coordinate major events, including bi-annual Town Halls, company-wide social activities, and leadership offsite workshops.\n\n * Support Board operations by collating and distributing meeting materials and agendas.\n\n * Assist the HR team with general administration, including HRIS management, onboarding packs, and maintaining accurate personnel records.\n\n * Help manage the shared HR inbox and respond to employee queries.\n\n * Support wellbeing initiatives and own the employee recognition programme, ‘Living the Values’.\n\n * Act as a go-to point of contact for HR and business operations queries across the organisation.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * Proven experience as a Personal Assistant (PA), Executive Assistant (EA), or Senior Administrator (experience in the technology sector is a plus).\n\n * Strong background in planning and executing business events.\n\n * A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with a flexible and adaptable approach.\n\n * Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.\n\n * Confident in building and maintaining relationships at all levels of a business.\n\n * Committed to delivering excellent customer service and internal support.\n\n * Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.\n\n * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\n\n * Willing and able to travel occasionally for meetings and events.\n\nThis is a rare chance to join a collaborative and forward-thinking organisation where your contributions directly support strategic operations and company culture.
