Contract:

Full time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week

About the role:

Hobs Reprographics is one of the largest print companies in the UK with national coverage. Established in 1969, the company has grown to nearly 200 employees across 19 locations and is proud Royal warrant holders supporting the royal household.

This is an entry-level sales role supporting the Regional Commercial Manager and regional sales team with account management and lead generation. The role may evolve within the company, aligned with an in-house development plan.

The successful candidate will develop a detailed understanding of Hobs' core services to support high-level client sourcing and sales. As a trainee Business Development Manager, you will contribute to Hobs' national growth strategy by maintaining existing accounts and generating new business. You will contact clients via email or phone to schedule meetings and showcase new technologies or services. This role is ideal for a positive, enthusiastic, and motivated individual who enjoys teamwork, client interaction, and creative projects.


Key Responsibilities:

* Handling inbound inquiries, estimating, and order processing
* Coordinating with production teams to ensure smooth order execution
* Identifying and targeting potential partner companies
* Reaching out to new and existing clients through calls, emails, social selling, and networking
* Scheduling calls and arranging face-to-face meetings
* Collaborating with internal teams to develop and present proposals
* Working with sales and operations teams to achieve sales targets
* Providing excellent customer service
* Developing and maintaining client relationships
* Updating sales reports regularly and accurately
* Using social media to promote Hobs' services
