What We’re Looking For:
* A hands-on, multi-skilled engineer – strong in both mechanical and electrical/electronic design.
* Proven track record of bringing products to life — from sketchbook to shop floor.
* Innovation is second nature — bonus points if you’ve already got your name on a patent (or want to).
* Practical thinker: maybe you’ve got a home workshop, or you love building, tinkering, and testing things out yourself.
* Commercially switched on — you get what customers want, what markets need, and what makes a product sell.
