Role Description -
Broad Oak Group is currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join our renewables division, where we specialise in installing Air Source Heating Systems, Solar PV and fabric insulation measures. The Warm Homes scheme is aimed at improving the energy efficiency of domestic dwellings and addressing fuel poverty, working with other stakeholders, properties are identified and surveyed to identify suitable energy efficiency measures, we will then carry out a customer focussed approach to complete the installations to the highest standards, delivering successful outcomes for the customer and achieving the objectives of the grant funded scheme.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Key account management
Liaising with social housing & local authority clients, including project meetings, progress and KPI reporting and customer satisfaction feedback.
Managing installation records
Coordinating with Technical Managers and Installation Engineers
Communicating with tenants & homeowners who qualify for energy-saving installations.
Demonstrating the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member, exhibiting initiative, adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines, maintaining a well-organised and methodical approach.
Maintaining CRM and other in-house software
Full training will be provided across all our systems and processes.
