Join Amey as a Regional Operations Manager and take charge of a high-profile PFI contract covering Bristol Magistrates Court, North Somerset Courthouse, and Queensway House. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in the public sector, managing essential services that support magistrates’ courts, probation services, and administrative centres. You’ll lead a team of up to 20 people, drive performance, and ensure compliance across three complex sites. What you will do: Overseeing operations, budgets, and service delivery across three court sites Supporting and developing Site Managers, ensuring statutory compliance and client satisfaction Managing supplier relationships and ensuring contract KPIs and SLAs are met Ensuring health and safety standards are met across all sites Planning and delivering annual work schedules and long-term lifecycle plans Leading monthly client meetings and performance reviews Promoting a culture of compliance, governance, and customer-centric service Analysing contract performance and cascading insights to site teams Conducting performance and development reviews and supporting staff wellbeing Driving continuous improvement and sustainability What you will bring: 5 years of experience managing PFI contracts Strong leadership and customer relationship management skills Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver results Technical or FM qualifications (IWFM, NEBOSH preferred) Resilience, decision-making ability, and a customer-focused mindset We welcome applications from a diverse range of candidates.
