Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive, people‑focused Facilities Manager who loves keeping things running smoothly and takes pride in creating a premium shopping experience. If you thrive on variety and enjoy being at the heart of a busy retail destination, this role will suit you perfectly.

What You’ll Do:

Reporting to the Centre General Manager, you’ll lead daily facilities operations by ensuring the centre stays safe, clean and efficient, resolving issues quickly with a customer‑first mindset. You’ll manage budgets wisely, keeping service charge spend on track and delivering great value for our brand partners. You’ll also deliver CAPEX projects from planning through to completion, making sure everything is on time, on spec and within budget.

You will oversee key contracts such as cleaning, security and landscaping, maintaining consistently high standards across the centre. You’ll champion safety and risk by supporting fire training, drills, first‑aid coordination and regulatory compliance. You’ll build strong tenant relationships to ensure smooth store openings, exits and refurbishments. You’ll also drive sustainability through utility management and environmental initiatives, and you’ll take part in the duty management rota, including evenings and weekends.
