Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Key Account Manager
The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through creating and managing customer relationships through sales achievement, situational problem solving, and comprehensive account management.
On a typical day you will:
1. Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers
2. Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries
3. Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets, ensuring profitability
4. Use Otis' sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
5. Conduct sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring payment on time
6. Monitor contract deployment rigorously, relying on the Strategic Clients structure
7. Train Otis operational teams on the market segment
8. Conduct market and segment studies
9. Organize and present client reviews (offer review, 360 review)
10. Lead meetings with the Executive Committee on strategic issues
11. Propose innovations and marketing projects
12. Build strong relationships with clients and manage the relationship plan with top management and OA lead.
