About the Team:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a globally recognised brand to bring customers the best in clinical aesthetics combined with home use technology.
About the Role:
* Provide exceptional front-of-house client support, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all guests.
* Manage client bookings, scheduling, and payment processing with accuracy and efficiency.
* Maintain up-to-date and organized records in line with company policies and standards.
* Assist with internal and external audits by preparing and reviewing necessary documentation.
* Contribute to delivering a seamless, high-end client experience aligned with the company's luxury service standards.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in front-of-house, client services, or administrative support roles, ideally within a luxury or professional environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Integrity and discretion when handling confidential client or company information.
