Salary: Circa £55,000 (depending on experience)
Working: Hybrid – 3 to 4 days per week on-site

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct research and development in emerging technologies including RF systems, lasers, and stealth technologies.
* Design and evaluate systems using tools such as CST, Comsol, Matlab, and Spice.
* Lead or contribute to technical project delivery, from concept through to validation and testing.
* Work across disciplines on future systems, balancing experimentation and design innovation.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop bespoke technical solutions for national defence applications.
* Engage in modelling, simulation, and testing of complex electromagnetic and optical systems.
Experience
* Experience in one or more of the following: Radio Frequency (RF), Pulsed Power, High Voltage, Directed Energy, Antenna Design.
* Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Matlab.
* Proficiency in circuit modelling (e.g. Spice) and electromagnetic modelling (e.g. CST or Comsol).
* Experience or understanding of low observability and stealth design.
* Systems design or engineering experience across RF, optical, or power systems.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced environments typical of early-stage concept development.
Qualifications
* Degree qualified in Physics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
* Willingness to undergo and/or currently hold DV security clearance.
* Must be a sole British Citizen due to the nature of the work.
