Company Overview
Talent Hub is seeking an experienced Customer Data Analyst to join a thriving business based in Central Brighton. You will play a key role in their Customer Data strategy during an exciting growth phase.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead reporting, insights, and analytics focusing on customer data, storytelling, and providing proactive reporting and actionable insights, especially around customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.
2. Monitor and report on key customer data metrics regularly.
3. Support development of campaign and performance reporting, data-driven models across the customer lifecycle (e.g., engagement, attrition, lifetime value, segmentation, next best action).
4. Create data visualizations to communicate key insights effectively.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 4 years experience in Data Analytics and Customer Insight roles.
* Background in Membership, Customer Services, B2C, Travel, or Leisure sectors.
* Experience with CRM systems.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting data insights to non-technical audiences.
* Proficiency in data storytelling techniques.
* Knowledge of platforms like Microsoft Customer Insights, Data, Fabric, social marketing insights, and email analytics is a plus.
* Skills in SQL, SAS, Python, or R.
* Web analytics knowledge is helpful but not essential.
* Some exposure to AI tools like Co Pilot.
* Line management or mentoring experience.
