We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Head of Financial Reporting to lead a modern, technology-enabled reporting function. This is a pivotal leadership role for a self-starter who thrives on building best-in-class financial reporting frameworks, leveraging ERP systems, and driving data-led decision-making across the business.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with deep technical reporting expertise, strong systems knowledge, and a passion for transforming finance through automation, innovation, and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
* Drive automation and continuous improvement across reporting processes.
* Own and optimise ERP and reporting tools (eg Workday, SAP, Oracle, Power BI).
* Define and govern financial data structures, KPIs, and reporting logic.
* Deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders to support decision-making.
* Lead and develop a technically strong reporting team.
About You
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
* Strong experience in financial reporting within complex, systems-led environments.
* Deep ERP and reporting tool expertise, with a track record of driving automation.
* Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability.
* Confident communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
