The University of Stirling's Marketing and Retail Division at the University of Stirling Business School is seeking an ambitious and talented KTP Associate to join a 24-month Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with Clevertouch Consulting, one of the UK's leading marketing technology (MarTech) consultancies.

This exciting role offers the chance to embed cutting-edge academic thinking into commercial practice, supporting the development of an innovative Digital Performance Intelligence (DPI) model. This model will transform how marketers understand and optimise digital marketing activities across customer lifecycles and business functions.

Description of Duties

As KTP Associate, you will lead the research, development, and implementation of a novel Digital Performance Intelligence (DPI) model that redefines how digital marketing performance is measured and interpreted. Your work will involve both qualitative and quantitative research, model development, dashboard visualisation, and the creation of training materials to support adoption across the organisation.

The role also includes academic engagement with supervisors from the University of Stirling, contributing to knowledge exchange, publications, and potential conference presentations. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact innovation project that blends academic rigour with commercial relevance, transforming how digital marketing value is measured and communicated.

Essential Criteria

* Experience designing and executing empirical research (qualitative and/or quantitative)
* Knowledge of digital marketing principles and associated technologies/platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot)
* Analytical skills and familiarity with tools for data analysis and visualisation (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, R, Python)
* General interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its applications within marketing and data analytics
* Ability to keep abreast of current trends in AI and evaluate their potential for practical, value-adding use in digital marketing contexts
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desirable Criteria

* Commercial experience in a marketing, consultancy, or data-driven role
* Understanding of decision-making frameworks in organisational contexts
* Experience managing or visualising data from multiple platforms (e.g., CRM, MAP, analytics tools)
* Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
