Role Overview We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Art Director to lead conceptualization and visual development across integrated campaigns. You will work at the intersection of design, storytelling, digital experiences, and brand expression—translating insights into powerful creative ideas that connect with audiences across the Middle East.
The ideal candidate is a visual leader with excellent craft, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to guide designers and collaborate seamlessly with copywriters, strategists, account teams, and production partners.
Creative Development & Concepting
Lead the visual direction for integrated campaigns across digital, social, OOH, print, video, and experiential.
Translate briefs and insights into compelling creative concepts and visual narratives.
Ensure all visual work adheres to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
Review and refine design work produced by the creative team.
Manage art direction during photo/video shoots, including lighting, composition, and overall aesthetic.
Mentor and inspire designers, junior art directors, and motion teams.
Provide clear feedback, fostering a collaborative and high-performance creative culture.
Partner with account management, strategy, and production to deliver high-quality work on time.
Present concepts confidently to clients and articulate the creative rationale behind decisions.
Manage feedback constructively and adjust creative output while maintaining the integrity of the idea.
Ensure final outputs meet quality standards across formats and technical specifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
~6+ years of experience in design or art direction, ideally within an integrated or creative agency.
~ Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Deep understanding of digital platforms, social formats, and emerging creative trends.
~ Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and visual problem-solving skills.
~ Ideally an Arabic speaker
