Job Description:
Ideal Applicant:
Due to business expansion, we are looking for an experienced Onboarding Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be certified in both Onboarding and Recruitment; however, consultants certified only in Onboarding will be considered.
This is not a sponsored role - You must have existing right to work in the UK or Ireland without Sponsorship.
Job Purpose
To ensure successful implementation by meeting the client's requirements and expectations, advising on the impacts of their decisions, guiding the client on product options, providing best practices, and driving adoption. The Consultant maintains strong client relationships through high satisfaction and trust via proactive engagement.
SuccessFactors Certifications Required
* Onboarding (THR97) Certification is required
* Recruitment Management (THR83) is ideal in addition to Onboarding
* Recruitment Marketing (THR84) is ideal in addition to Onboarding
Certifications must be active, current, and valid.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and support SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment as the SME, resolving system issues
* Manage projects and documentation following SAP methodology
* Support and advise during UAT and data migration
* Support upgrades and train super users on platform utilization
* Understand project economics and deliver within budget
* Maintain and update product knowledge regularly
* Support implementation of new or revised processes, including configuration, integration, data migration, testing, and training
* Develop and implement support processes for SuccessFactors modules
* Contribute to governance forums and design authorities, providing subject matter expertise
* Oversee operational administration of Performance Management and Compensation solutions, ensuring SLA compliance
* Collaborate with Support management for ongoing administration and maintenance
Person Specification
Required Experience:
* Experience as an HR practitioner preferred
* Associate Certification required
* Proven success in at least four implementations/support of SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruitment, and other HR systems
* Ability to understand client requirements and interface effectively
* Knowledge of HR systems integration and configuration
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to influence stakeholders
