Housing Management Worker
Based at our service in Leeds, Permanent full time (37.5 hpw), Monday to Friday. Earn £13.45 per hour (£26,300 per annum) pro rata and great benefits including Health Cash Plan. We can’t offer a CoS for this role. Home, a place where you belong.
What you’ll do
* Support customers in the over 55 group, engaging and involving them in their tenancies.
* Assist customers with housing benefit claims, ensuring they are received on their rent account.
* Turn around vacant or void rooms, bed spaces, or properties within set timescales, including basic refurbishment tasks such as broom or paint brush use.
* Carry out and record routine safety and compliance checks in buildings and communities to ensure compliance.

You have
* A background in property management, or experience in an environment with compliance and health and safety checks.
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a genuine desire to help your customers.
* The ability to work on your own initiative, positively influencing people from all different backgrounds.
* Confidence working collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the business as well as with external partners.
* A passion for property and a thrill at ensuring your properties are the best they can be for our customers.

* Based at our service in Leeds.
* Ability to use technology for creating and updating support plans, making benefit claims and doing tenancy sign‑ups.
* Required Enhanced DBS check, which we pay for.
