We are seeking a 1 year plus qualified veterinary nurse to join our friendly, independent, small animal practice in Fife.
THE PRACTICE:
We are an independent 100% small animal practice based in Glenrothes, Fife. We currently have 4 full-time and 3 part-time veterinary surgeons who see a varied case load of both surgical and medical cases. Our vets are supported by our excellent team of nurses and support staff including 3 receptionists. We have a surgical list every weekday that our nurses are very involved with. Our nurses also run their own consults including appointments for nail clips, weight clinics, repeat injections, parasite checks etc. We are keen to expand this service and special interests are encouraged.
We are a close knit and supportive team who try our best to take care of each other. We take morning and afternoon tea breaks whenever possible (non-tea drinkers also catered for).
We all pitch in and help on those manic days and our vets have even been seen mopping floors!
There are no targets to meet, and we encourage all of our staff to contribute ideas for improvement in all areas of the practice.
LOCATION:
Glenrothes is located in Fife approximately 45 minutes from Edinburgh to the South and Dundee to the North. We are right on the doorstep of the Lomond Hills Regional Park if hill walking is your bag and a short journey away from the award-winning beaches of Aberdour and St Andrews if you are more of coastal soul.
