Facilities and Maintenance Manager
The Facilities and Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing and delivering both planned and reactive maintenance activities across the CJ Lang owned store estate. The role ensures all properties are maintained to agreed standards of safety, functionality, and presentation, while delivering value for money and high-quality service through effective contractor and stakeholder management. This role covers CJ Lang owned stores and reactive maintenance activity at the LDC.

* Monitor the condition of all building assets through regular inspections and maintain
* Monitor, control, and analyse maintenance expenditure to ensure value for money.
* Identify and forecast significant capital expenditure (Capex) requirements to support annual budget planning.
* Support procurement processes by ensuring competitive tendering and cost-effective
* Liaise with contractors and end-users to ensure high-quality workmanship, site safety, and security.
* Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for maintenance delivery, driving
* Assist with the delivery of capital works and refurbishment projects at Stores, Head Office and the Distribution Centre.
* Support sustainability and efficiency initiatives across the property estate.
About You
* Experience in multi-site maintenance and property management.
* Strong contractor management and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of building compliance, H&S, and statutory maintenance requirements.
* Ability to manage budgets and forecast expenditure effectively.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and CAFM systems.
