About the Role Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEMH needs. Help create a nurturing, structured, and safe learning environment. Support teachers in delivering personalised and engaging learning activities. Build trusting relationships to promote emotional resilience, confidence and positive behaviour. Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, therapists and wider support teams. Use creative and restorative approaches to behaviour management.
