Customer Service Advisor

£20,000 - £23,000 DOE
Full time Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm (1 hour for lunch)

My client, a national business who specialise in various areas of Insurance, are looking for a switched on, enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

Duties include:
1. Advise all new and existing customers on insurance policies and requirements
2. Dealing with insurance claims
3. Filing customer claims following the companies policies and procedures
4. Building strong working relationships with customers as well as colleagues in other departments
5. Maintaining a strong knowledge of company products and services
6. Following PRA, FCA and internal procedures at all times
To be considered for this role, you must have / be:
7. Previous customer service experience within a retail or office environment
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
9. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with others
10. A quick learner with a can do attitude
11. Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
12. Competent using IT to include MS Office and CRM systems
13. Educated to degree or A Level grade (or equivalent)
