Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day services, ensuring the highest standards of care delivery and regulatory compliance.
* Oversee the day-to-day management and development of the office team, fostering a positive work culture.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of care professionals.
* Build strong relationships with families and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
* Manage the client assessment and care planning process.
* Create staff rosters and on‑call schedules.
* Conduct monthly compliance audits.
* Support local community engagement and events.
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience in a Care Manager role within a home care service.
* Strong leadership and people‑management skills to drive the team towards achieving agreed business objectives.
* Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
* Stakeholder management – confident in building and developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, clients, and community partners.
* IT proficiency – use of software systems, apps, and social media platforms.
* Problem‑solving mindset – ability to calmly find solutions to challenges.
* Recognised qualification in health and social care at Level 5 or equivalent, or willingness to work towards it.
* Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
