Business Development Manager – Home/Field-based – Plymouth/Cornwall
Salary: Up to £38,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or travel allowance and home‑based contract.
Responsibilities
* Scope out, hunt, and seal the deal with fresh, independent new business opportunities while keeping the pipeline flowing.
* Cultivate relationships with independent players in the local food market.
* Craft bespoke culinary propositions to help customers save time and money.
* Achieve growth targets and get rewarded accordingly.
* Welcome new clients, ensuring they feel comfortable with the Area Sales Manager buddy.
* Monitor competition and market trends, providing relevant solutions and insights.
* Meet market goals consistently.
Qualifications
* Background in Field Sales or similar (not essential).
* Commercial mindset with drive to hit targets.
* Comfortable working in the field and confident client interactions.
* Willingness to undergo induction training on products and business.
