The Role: You’ll be joining a team with an excellent national reputation for handling high-value, complex contentious probate and trust disputes. You will work alongside an experienced Partner and manage a varied caseload that includes: Contentious trusts and probate Inheritance Act claims Property and boundary disputes Adverse possession claims Disputes over easements and restrictive covenants This is a client-facing role offering exposure to high-quality work and clear opportunities for career progression, with scope to operate at a senior level and contribute strategically to the team’s growth.
