Position: Bartender
Responsibilities:
* Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive customer experience
* Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and guidelines
* Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, utilising our point-of-sale system
* Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
* Monitor and maintain stock levels, restocking supplies as required
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations during busy periods
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and licensing regulations
Requirements:
* Previous bar experience is desirable
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in handling transactions
* A positive attitude and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
* Must be at least 18 years old due to the nature of this role
