5. Organise travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transport.
6. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
7. Support within Projects and ad-hoc tasks.
8. Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
9. Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executives.
10. Support the smooth operation of the office by ordering supplies and resources.
11. Assist with ad hoc tasks to ensure the efficiency of the department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Executive Assistant should have:
