Person specification experience Essential criteria Previous experience working in a supervisory/management role in Catering Previous experience with food safety compliance Desirable criteria Expereince in sales/tele-sales roles Qualifications Essential criteria Level 3 food safety NVQ level 2 customer service/support UK driving licence Desirable criteria Level 4 food safety Skills Essential criteria Good oral and written communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage own and others workload Ability to prioritise competing tasks effectively. Ability to remain calm and professional. Knowledge Essential criteria Sound knowledge of food safety, health & safety, moving and handling and HACCP Sound knowledge of personal and kitchen hygiene. Knowledge and use of IT systems and software - e.g. word and excel.
